Our initial Discover Call gives us the opportunity to learn how you travel, what matters most to you, what you hope to experience, and gives you the chance to decide whether our approach feels right for you.

If you already know where you want to stay, we can make the reservation on your behalf at no additional planning fee while extending preferred benefits (perks) whenever applicable.

Through our affiliation with Brownell, a Virtuoso Member, our clients may receive amenities such as daily breakfast, resort credits, early check-in or late checkout, and room upgrades based on availability. 

Preferred partner rates generally align with the hotel’s best available direct rate while including additional amenities and VIP recognition that may not be available when booking independently.

Creating a journey that feels effortless requires considerable work behind the scenes. Our design fee reflects the time, expertise, research, collaboration, and coordination involved in creating an itinerary around your individual preferences and priorities.

Bespoke travel planning begins at $700 for one week of travel, while hotel-only and cruise bookings are complimentary.

Yes. If you already have a cruise or voyage in mind, we can assist with the reservation and help you navigate the available options, accommodations, and applicable preferred benefits. Cruise-only bookings are complimentary. 

For travelers who want a more comprehensive journey, we can also incorporate a cruise into a broader bespoke itinerary, including thoughtful pre- and post-cruise experiences. Planning fees apply. 

We can coordinate air travel as part of the broader planning conversation and determine the best approach for your particular trip. We specialize in premium economy, business, and first class bookings. Quotes are complimentary and a $150 dollar booking fee applies if you elect these services. 

We also arrange private jet transfer. Quotes for private jet providers are complimentary.  

Yes. Villas and private residences can be particularly well suited to families and multigenerational groups who want more space, privacy, and time together.

Through our trusted travel partners, we can help identify properties appropriate for your group and incorporate the stay into a thoughtfully coordinated journey.

No. We prioritize accommodations that can be professionally vetted through our trusted travel network, allowing us to have greater confidence in the quality, service, and support surrounding your stay.

Travel is an investment, and we recommend considering insurance to help protect it when the unexpected affects your plans. Through our affiliation with Brownell, we can connect you with their insurance specialists to discuss available coverage and determine what may be appropriate for your journey. An insurance quote is complimentary. 

You won’t be left to navigate an unexpected situation on your own. For bespoke journeys, we provide trusted on-the-ground contacts before departure, and our travel relationships give us additional resources to help address issues that may arise along the way.

No. We’re unable to make reservations using airline miles, hotel points, or credit card rewards, so any points-based bookings will need to be made directly by you.

In our experience, points often provide the greatest value when used toward airfare, particularly premium-cabin flights. If you choose to use points for part of your journey, simply share those reservation details with us so we can thoughtfully coordinate them with the rest of your itinerary.

All regular communication is handled through email, with business hours from 9 AM–5 PM Eastern Time. This keeps your trip details organized and easy to reference throughout the planning process.

Before you depart, we’ll also provide the appropriate emergency contact information for your journey, so you’ll know exactly who to reach should you need assistance while traveling.
